!!! We had a kitty like that when I was growing up. The vet said it was from a birth injury. Mama cat was too tiny. The vet wanted to put it “to sleep” but we said, “forget you.” Lol It used to slide all over the lawn in our back yard. Happy as a clam. It eventually walked.
