There have been at least three other instances on YouTube of exactly this treatment of puppies. I hope that the TV stations, newspapers, and schools in this country will publicize what is happening and come out strongly against it. How many puppies will not be found, and will die a horrible death this way? Thanks to the rescuers who save the ones they find.
